In doing so, we are increasingly relying on digitalization and new technologies such as artificial intelligence to make our services and processes efficient and, wherever possible, climate-friendly. It is equally important that we ensure the satisfaction of our customers over the long term – which is why we continuously review the quality of our services and aim to further improve every day.

At the same time, we are aware of the responsibility that we bear as a major employer at many locations. We also need economic stability to be able to offer our employees good prospects and secure, well-paid jobs. Creating values for them and our other stakeholder groups is an important part of what drives us.
